The Dodge Viper SRT10 ACR is a racing machine, that’s what the three letter suffix denotes (American Club Racer), of course. You don’t even have to be within 100 feet of the Viper ACR to know what it is, that wing on the back clues you in. Somewhere, a 737 is missing an elevator flap. How would having the roof down have mande any difference to the top speed? It would have just destroyed the aerodynamics. Top Gear did this ages ago with a Jaguar XK vs. Jaguar GR3. Same result. Planes weigh more.

The dodge the Viper can go 0-60 in 3.8 sec and 0-100 in 8.3 about sec. The torqu is 535 so it can hadle the 500 hp and it’s v-10 engin the Viper is mostle about hadnleing though.

Yeah, if the car had its top down it would have definately screwed up the aerodynamics. With the top up, the wind runs right over the top. Kind of like leaving the tailgate down in a truck. When you do that, the air doesn’t flow right over the bed, whereas if you leave it up, it flows right over it, and an aerodynamics expert proved that.Yeah, I figured the Viper would be able to take off quicker, because of it being lighter in weight. But when the jet gained enough thrust it passed the Viper. If it had an even longer amount of track, enough for take off speed, the jet would have passed by the viper as if it were standing still.
