符书兰,女,生于19812月,2009年毕业于四川农业大学生物化学与分子生物学专业,获博士学位。20101月至20135月,在中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所做博士后。在《Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA》、《Scientific Reports》、《Genetics》、《Chromosome Res.》、《Genome》、《PLoS ONE》、《Journal of Genetics and Genomics》、《Genetics and Molecular Research》等上发表学术论文20余篇;主持国家自然科学基金2项,省部级科研项目2项;作为三级课题主持人参加国家863计划项目1项。

主要研究内容

小麦远缘杂交育种

重点研究小黑麦的形成过程及远缘杂交引起的基因组变异。高效地转移、鉴定和跟踪外缘基因,发掘具有重要育种价值的易位系和关键基因。创制、鉴定和评价小片段易位系和近缘物种全基因组渗入系;分离并详细研究来自野生近缘物种的高产、优质、抗病虫和抗逆基因;培育高产、优质、抗病和耐逆的小麦新品种。

植物着丝粒的表观遗传学研究

在国际上首次发现来自玉米三号染色体臂上的片段可以稳定遗传,并具有着丝粒功能分子标记如CENH3CENPC以及组蛋白磷酸化的信号,但不含可检测的玉米着丝粒的重复序列,表明着丝粒的功能主要受表观遗传学机制调控。同时在小麦远缘杂交后代材料中,发现大量着丝粒变异的材料,包括着丝粒序列扩增和丢失等,利用新建立的染色体分析技术,深入研究着丝粒的结构和功能,特别是植物染色体着丝粒的表观遗传学将对植物功能基因组研究和人工染色体应用具有重要意义。
