I have done most of my orders from Peaceful Valley Farm Supply. Like it says, Farm Supply, but lots of seeds, some plants seem to be expanding and knowledgable people on the phone when I’ve needed help. I’ve also like what I’ve gotten from Pine Tree Seeds.
Most catalogues that use scientific names do a better job of caring for plants and have better information. Those colorful inexactly named ones I avoid. If I think they don’t know the plants I stay away.

Best is to find a local nursery/garden center that you can look at the plants before you bring them home. And people to ask about them. Read carefully what the catalog says abioyut size and things like that. So many of them present plant sar big and fast growing but what they send are “liners” which need some TLC to get a good start.

I met this girl when I was 14 and going into high school. She turned out to be one of my best friends for years. I would never date her because we were best friends. I didn’t want to ruin it. After high school She moved 600 miles away. But we were still really good friends, calling to talk and writing to each other.

I went to visit her for a week and She wrote me a beautiful song. And that week I realized how stupid it was not to date a friend. We knew each other so well. We never really got together, but we talked about it. After the week was up I had to go home, but I decided to look into college where She lived.
