The Question of PLR Products

Posted in Blogger Tools and Tips, Website Promo By admin on March 8th, 2008 No Comments

“PLR Products. PLR means “Prive Label Right”. These may be books, softwares, articles etc, with a resell right given by the original maker of these things. People use these books, etc on their websites to generate Adsense income.”

Still did not understand what does it means?
Why the owner gives the right for these books to resell them again?
Doesn’t he make a lot of sales for his books/softwares?
Do you buy a domain and host these files and put the ads in the domain and get traffic for it?
Is that what these PLR products are for? or you get income from selling these stuff also?

OK, I will try and keep this as simple as possible, so as not to confuse you or anyone else who is new to PLR.

As you said, PLR means that you can take the product (Article, Ebook, Software etc) and re-brand it with your own name, as though you had written it yourself.

However, in order to make money using PLR, it is recommended that you do the following:

1. Change the Graphics (If an Ebook or Software)

2. If you are going to use an article as a post on your site, re-write the article so that there is at least a 30-60% difference from the original. (this will help you avoid the ‘Duplicate Content’ penalty). Of course, some folks say there is NO ‘penalty’ and just publish as is. That is down to you

3. Change the title. Whether it is an article, an Ebook or software, you want to give it a ‘unique’ title, so it is identified with you.

4. If an Ebook: Add your own content - graphics, links etc

5. If it has a Sales page: Change the graphics. Change some of the content, Change Testimonials. Add your own Payment links

Some other uses for PLR material: (In no particular order)

a. Break an Ebook into sections and offer it as a course (A site or by Autoresponder)

b. Read the material and record it as an audio

c. Use PLR articles (unchanged) as an Autoresponder course.

d. Break up into smaller sections and use as Blog posts

e. Re-write the articles /Ebook and offer it to JV partners as content or giveaway for their List

f. Re-write, re-brand and offer it as product for ‘Giveaway’ promotions

g. Use PLR as ‘extra’ bonus for subscribers

h. Use PLR as OTO bonus (One Time Offer)

i. Use the Articles as the basis for an Ebook

Now, PLR always comes with the right to change it and brand it as your own product. However, it doesn’t always come with the rights to re-sell the ‘Private Label’ portion.

Kind Testimonials Can Lead To Wonderful Traffic

Posted in Blogger Tools and Tips By admin on February 26th, 2008 No Comments

It is common business practice never to aid your competitor.  Having your competition gain the upper hand is one thing.  Handing it to them would be another.  Some people claim that helping out your competitors would be tantamount to signing your own enterprise’s death warrant.  You’re paving the way for your business’ downfall.

This isn’t true… not always, at least.

In online marketing, there is a way by which you could benefit from extending aid to your competition.  Amazingly, you could even manage to grab some of his website’s page rank, as well as steal his traffic.  And you could do these without being antagonistic at all.  It’ll all be accomplished while helping him sell a product or two.

What is this strategy?

It’s called testimonials.

Every internet marketer is faced with the gargantuan task of having to overcome the lack of consumer confidence.  It is the World Wide Web, after all.  The anonymity in these virtual halls makes it difficult for any online businessman to win the trust of his prospective customers.  Yes, the online businessman may pay thousands of dollars for a truly engaging and convincing sales page, but as often is the case, these words are not enough to win a sale.  Why?  Because these words will still be associated with the online businessman, and people do not expect him to badmouth his own products.  That he will talk favorably about his offers is a given.

But what if a third party would share some favorable words about the online businessman and the product he is offering?  Surely, his statement would bear more weight than the sales pitch of the businessman himself, right?  After all, the third party has no stakes on the success of the campaign.

Such is the importance of testimonials for most sales pages.  They greatly contribute to the conversion rate the sales copy would manage to pull off, essentially because of their seemingly objective nature.

Almost every online businessman – your competitors included – will be on the lookout for people who will be willing to provide for them some generously written testimonials.  To gather these, online marketers even go to the extent of giving away free samples of their products for review purposes.

Now, here’s the trick.

Things You Can Do to Get More Traffic to Your Blog

Posted in Blogger Tools and Tips By admin on February 14th, 2008 No Comments

I just count that in our blog there is the top 10 posts in the last three months. It’s measured by how many people found our blog through search engines direct pointing to its article. So what does this mean and what can I do to improve my traffic?

As you might know, having a high PageRank in Google has a huge effect on whether search traffic finds its way to your web pages. On a web site, each and every page has its own PageRank. To examine your own pages PageRanks, you can download the Google Toolbar, go to your own About Me page and check your PageRank. Browse around to some of your articles and look at their PageRank.

As we know, your Google® PageRank™ is determined primarily from your website’s inbound links – i.e. links hat point back to your site commonly called ‘backlinks’. Recently Google made some significant changes to the way it evaluates links that are pointing back to your site.During the last Google® PageRank™ update (October 2007), there were a large number of sites that were adversely effected and many “types” of  ites were significantly downgraded in PageRank™ value.

$2200 In 3 Days

Posted in Blogger Tools and Tips, Make Money By admin on February 13th, 2008 No Comments

Chris from DayJobKiller send me a newsletter which worthy to read.

Are you sick of paying through the teeth for Google advertising? If so, I don’t blame you - last week I tested an affiliate campaign on Adwords - a real simple review page in a hot niche (it’s all about the product and keyword combo, remember, the other stuff is just noise)

And guess what? I pulled in close to $2200 in sales in 3 days. I almost fell off my chair until I realized… my ad spend was $1700. Of course, I can split-test and tweak my way to more profit, but the point here is this…

Sitting there, looking at my ad spend, I realized that Adwords can be stifling. Especially for those without the cash and the patience to make the big moves.

After all, I had to run through *several* losing campaigns before I hit on that lone *winner*.

One affiliate who is outright *refusing* to play that game is Ant Joshua.

He got tired of opening his wallet to Google before he got paid - and you should see how he’s getting on since he started trialling his methods 3 months back:

Update: he has just had TWO back-to-back $200 days in a row, and if you don’t have the capital to use Adwords but still want *fast* affiliate traffic, you should give this a go.

The methods inside this guide are not only proven - they are also covered in complete and comprehensive detail.

So, if you are after a low-risk angle to profiting with ClickBank, this comes *highly* recommended - especially at the discount launch price.

I don’t think this can be happen to me. I’m still looking for reading, learning and try to do the best as I can. Check it out Now!
